Colorado School of Mines Event FAQs

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Accessibility
Colorado School of Mines is happy to assist those with accessibility needs and has designated mobility impaired parking and seating for all events. For more information and assistance, please contact the Colorado School of Mines Ticketing Office

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside Colorado School of Mines venues.

Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are allowed at all Colorado School of Mines facilities. All other animals are prohibited.

Bag Check
Any bag that is allowed into Colorado School of Mines venues is subject to a bag check.

Banners and Signs
Signs and banners are allowed, however they may not be hung from fencing or obstruct anyone’s view. They also cannot be commercial or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held. Signs or flags on sticks/poles are not allowed.

Cameras
Cameras are allowed, however flash photography is not permitted. Camcorders and other video devices as well as tripods are also not permitted.

Cellular Phones
The use of cell phones is permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event.

Children
Children 2 years of age and under are not required to have a ticket for admission.

Drug Use / Smoking / Tobacco Use
Drug use, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and tobacco use in any form are prohibited in all Colorado School of Mines facilities. Violations will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.

Exit and Re-entry
Re-entry is not permitted for Colorado School of Mines events.

Field Access
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field during Colorado School of Mines events.

Gate Opening
Unless otherwise stated, gates open one hour prior to the start of all Colorado School of Mines events.

Lost and Found
The lost and found is located in the Ticketing Office.

Outside Food and Beverages
Sealed plastic bottles containing water are allowed in the stadium/arenas. Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, cans, thermoses, ice chests and coolers are prohibited. In addition, Colorado School of Mines reserves the right to restrict any outside food or beverages.

Parking
Parking availability varies depending on the day of the week and season. Please abide by all posted signs for parking regulations. Parking announcements can be found on the "Directions & Parking" tab above.

Police and Security
Colorado School of Mines Police officers may be stationed at Colorado School of Mines events. In the event of an emergency, call 911.

Spectator Conduct
The NCAA promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. Colorado School of Mines requests your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, staff, team representatives or other spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.

Tailgating
Responsible tailgating is permitted for Colorado School of Mines events in specified areas (which vary based on sport and location), which are assigned and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Tailgating is at the sole discretion of Colorado School of Mines and/or Colorado School of Mines Police. School policy and federal law precludes the serving of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 years of age. Charcoal grills are not permitted.

Tickets
Your tickets to Colorado School of Mines events are revocable contracts. If the holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, staff or other patrons, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises or disallow entry.

All tickets are subject to availability and all sales are final. Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In the case of event cancellation or postponement, purchaser may contact the Colorado School of Mines to inquire about possible refunds or exchanges. Authorized refunds/exchanges may only be available for a limited time and ticket stubs/sales receipts may be required in order to receive the refund/exchange. Tickets to events that are played, even in the case of inclement weather, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Unless indicated otherwise, ticket prices include all applicable taxes.
